Collection of 49 tables (the last dedicated to the plan of the Baths of Diocletian) in which everyday objects, clothing, weapons, vases, furniture, musical instruments, etc. are depicted. copied from collections of antiquities or from monuments, as a repertoire for painters and sculptors of historical subjects. The engravings are the work of Domenico Pronti, well known above all for his collections of views of the Eternal City for use by tourists on the Grand Tour, and publisher of his own albums.
